The event was also attended by the head of the library at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).

The handover ceremony took place in the Tun Abdul Razak Library Conference Room. It began with opening remarks from UIN Sunan Kalijaga, followed by remarks from the receiving party at Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM).
The collaboration between UIN Sunan Kalijaga and Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) began last year, but it was not until this year that a Letter of Agreement (LOA) and a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) were formalized. This program aims to provide valuable experience to Library Science students, particularly in the areas of education and skills.
